For New Moms
Biceps, Babies & Buggies – For New Moms caters specifically to women who have a baby six weeks to six months old. All you need to get started is you, your baby and any kind of stroller. The 50-minute workout incorporates intervals of functional body-toning exercises AND targeted exercises for your abdominals and core to help you get back to pre-pregnancy shape. AMC's coaches — all pre- and postnatal certified personal trainers — pay attention to each woman’s postpartum needs to ensure exercises are both effective and safe for every participant.
Rediscover your body and strength! This class provides an opportunity to share stories, ask questions, and gather information from other new moms – all the while getting a great workout with your baby outdoors!
A waiver from your healthcare provider is required to participate in this class.
Any type of stroller is sufficient for your participation.

USEFUL TIPS
Please arrive 10 minutes early. This will allow you to get settled and signed in with the coach. Class will start promptly and want to be sure you receive a proper warmup. Don’t forget to bring your mat, bands, weights and a water bottle. Please keep your children in the stroller for the strength & conditioning portion of class (first 35-40 minutes). This ensures their safety and full enjoyment for all class participants. Class will end with ground exercises in a secure area and children can come out of stroller at that time. We appreciate your cooperation.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
We will cancel class if there is severe rain or threat of severe weather. We send all of our communication via email. Please check your email an hour before class time for class cancellation.

A 5-class pass is valid for seven weeks, effective the first day you attend class. Regrettably, we cannot extend your pass beyond it's expiration date. |

An unlimited monthly pass is valid for 31 days, effective the first day you attend class. There are no refunds, exchanges or freezes on unlimited passes. |
