REGISTRATION POLICIES

Small Group Prenatal Training and From the Core: Postnatal Recovery requires advanced registration and payment. Prorated sessions may be available upon request and if space allows. |

Biceps, Babies & Buggies and Indoor Strength & Conditioning are open enrollment classes. |
|
Enrollment for ALL classes will be limited to ensure every mom gets the attention she deserves. |
|
Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. |
|
|
Payment for Active Moms’ Club classes must be received at the time of registration. |
|
All pregnant participants and participants less than six months postpartum are required to submit a waiver form from their healthcare provider on or before the first class. This waiver is required and you will not be able to participate if it is not received. Click here to download a prenatal waiver, or postnatal waiver for your doctor to complete. |
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule class sessions due to insufficient enrollment. |
|
In the event of cancellation due to insufficient enrollment, all paid tuition will be refunded. |
|
Cancellation of a participant's registration must be made FIVE days before the session begins in order to receive a refund, minus a $15 processing fee. |
|
Requests for withdrawal after the session has started will receive a pro-rated credit for other Active Moms’ Club classes, but no cash refund will be given. |
|
Credits must be used within six months of the original enrollment. |
|
|
Withdrawals after the third class are not eligible for credit or refund. |

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule class sessions due to insufficient enrollment and severe weather. |
|
In the event of cancellation due to insufficient enrollment or weather, participant’s reservation will automatically be canceled in the online reservation system. You will not be charged for this cancellation. |

You may track your pass usage on AMC's scheduling website. Regrettably we cannot extend your pass beyond its expiration date. |
|
No cash refunds will be given for online class pass purchases. |
|
Refunds will only be given for class pass within seven days of purchase,
and if unused, minus a $15 processing fee. |
|
A 5-class pass is valid for seven weeks after first day of use. |
|
A 10-class pass is valid for eight weeks after first day of use. |
|
|
An unlimited monthly pass is valid for 31 days after first day of use. There are no refunds, exchanges or freezes on unlimited passes. |
