From the Core: Postnatal Recovery
From the Core: Postnatal Recovery class is designed to meet the unique needs of mothers with new babies who are six weeks to six months post-partum. The 45-minute format incorporates a progression of exercises that strengthen pelvic floor, lower back and abdominals muscles.

Whether you are a veteran athlete or a novice to exercise your body has gone through many changes. This six week class meets twice a week and offers the opportunity to network and develop relationships with other new moms and their babies. Working in small groups of no more than eight moms and babies, this intimate setting provides an opportunity to rediscover your body and strength, ask questions and gather information from other moms to make your journey into motherhood a healthy one. At the end of this course you will have:
