From the Core: Postnatal Recovery
From the Core: Postnatal Recovery class is designed to meet the unique needs of mothers with new babies who are six weeks to six months post-partum. The 50-minute format incorporates a progression of exercises that strengthen pelvic floor, lower back and abdominals muscles.
Whether you are a veteran athlete or a novice to exercise your body has gone through many changes. This six week class meets twice a week and offers the opportunity to network and develop relationships with other new moms and their babies. Working in small groups of no more than 10 moms and babies, this intimate setting provides an opportunity to rediscover your body and strength, ask questions and gather information from other moms to make your journey into motherhood a healthy one. At the end of this course you will have:

6-week session (12 classes): $240
Registration includes six weekly workouts, printed worksheets to practice exercises at home, information packet filled with educational material about woman's health and restoring body's function after baby, discounts & special offers from our partners, community of support from other new moms, and the benefit of working with a personal trainer with over seven years experience with pre-postnatal women.
Prorated session may be available if session is not at capacity and the second week of classes has not yet passed. Please consider registering for the next session if your schedule permits.
Advanced registration is required and space is limited to the first 10 women.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule class without sufficient attendance.
