An expecting and postpartum woman’s body should be handled with care. Coach Cassandra has over seven years experience working with pre- and postnatal women and is familiar with the common issues associated to pregnancy.
AMC also has working relationships with highly-regarded physical therapists specializing in women’s health. We may give you references if needed.
PRENATAL—
Learn safe and effective exercises for all stages of your pregnancy. Core strength and pelvic floor stability are the foundation of a targeted strength training program during pregnancy. Have confidence that the exercises you are doing will be the most beneficial for you and your baby, and may help you have an easier delivery and faster recovery. (All pregnant participants must obtain a clearance from their healthcare provider prior to beginning an exercise program).
POSTNATAL—
Rediscover your body’s strength. We’ll collaborate together to establish realistic goals and expectations and create a program to achieve your desired fitness level. You’ll improve your self-confidence and self-esteem, whether you are six weeks or six years postpartum. (Participants must be at least 6-weeks postpartum and if less than 6 months must obtain a clearance from their healthcare providor prior to beginning an exercise program).
